Went to watch The Smurfs Movie and it really bring back alot of memories!! So I went online and search for the cross stitch chart and I made these! Papa Smurf, Smurfette & Clumsy Smurf! This is a 2 sided cross stitch, look like a mini cushion =D

Cardholder/Small Wallet Version 2

Different design as this name has more characters. Took me around 3 days to make this, need to cut the vinyl weave, create the design for cross stitching plus placing it all together. Not very difficult except the designing part. So, which design do you prefer? =D

Cross Stitch wallet 4

First time making a long wallet using vinyl weave. Bought the package from Gmarket, and started the project around 2nd week of July. Took me about 3 weeks to complete, not easy.. as about 3/4 of the wallet surface need to be stitched. However, the vinyl weave and thread are of good quality. Worse of all, I realize I forgot to sew the button to close it!!! ZZZZZ... only to realize this after I finished sewing all the pieces of vinyl weave together... sotong me! However, I'm still happy with the end product! =D Might be making another long wallet soon.. =D

Completed this last weekend, like this design, think the color combination from the DIY kit is nice too. Gave this to a friend. =D Now starting another project on making long wallet!!! Hope to finish soon =D

Twisted Bracelet

Love this design and so I tried making one. The colour combination turns out so sweet!!! Oh Gosh! Cannot imagine it~ haha.. Like wearing candy around my wrist like that. Fits most average size wrist. Nice design I must say =D

Beaded Eeyore

This Eeyore is a killer~! Took me half of the day to complete it not counting the time when I did 1/4 and gave up cause it's complicated! I re-beaded a lot of times! I think the 2nd time will be better, also will use a lighter colour for the nose & stomach. Did a Tigger-lookalike, now Eeyore.. so must find a cute Winnie the Pooh. I did Piglet before, but I lost the photo, will find time to do again. =D Next time will take photo of the whole "family". Hee hee~

Clay Lesson on 23 of April

Went for my 2nd clay lesson after quite some time, and this time round I've learn to make fruits using Japanese clay. It's fun~! I bet I will go for a third time! Haha~ Above is my masterpiece of the 2nd lesson, can't really control the colour well yet as colour is added into the clay and not colouring it after it hardens. As teacher says the colour will get darker when it dries, I don't dare to add too much of the colour, so the colour is a bit off. But I believe I will get better! =D

MyPaper

YES!!! This is the second time my masterpiece was published in MyPaper. I uploaded my masterpiece on http://showtime.omy.sg/ under "MyPassion" column and the editor picked mine to be published! That's it~ it's free and I don't even know it was published until my friend told me about it. Will there be a third time? =D

Flower Pendant

This can be a pendant or earring. I did the grey one first as a birthday gift for my friend. Did the black one a week later for fun, then realize the black one actually look better because of the contrast. Should have made a black one for my friend too =( But already given to her.. cannot take back. Hope she like it =D

Heart Within a Heart

I start beading at around 9pm, finish at around 12am!! This design was suppose to be a brooch, but I modified it to be a necklace. The one I saw in the shop was made with crystal, ultimately nice & blink blink! However, it will be too ex if I were to make it in crystal, so this is acrylic beads, but I think it's just as nice. =D

This is an order of 10 Pineappls & 10 Rabbits for sale during the CNY festive season~ I love this arrangement~ I think it's cute~ haha~ Look like some nice dishes on a plate.. keke

Enhanced version of Marie Cat

Did this the same day I finish beading the mouse. This cat is a killer!!! Took me few hours just to complete beading the head!!! Nearly gave up, cause it's too tedious and complicated! But I still managed to finish this after alot of struggling. My friend think that the simpler version look nicer.. what do you think?

Beaded Adorable Cat or Marie Look-A-Like

This cat nearly killed my eyes and patience... It's DIFFICULT!!! But the sense of fulfillment was good after I see the end result. I was suppose to make a Marie Cat, but due to the unclear instruction picture, I had no choice but to find another alternative. This is a simpler version of the original Marie Cat, it is kinda cute too though. I manage to find a book in the NLB website which have the original Marie Cat instruction, already made a reservation to collect it when it's available. Hope there are no missing pages as the current book that my sister borrowed from Marine Parade library got missing pages =_= AND THE MARIE CAT BELONGS TO ONE OF THE MISSING PAGES!!!!
FOR GOODNESS SAKE, IF YOU WANT TO LEARN SOMETHING FROM THE BOOK, PHOTOCOPY IT OR SCAN IT OR TAKE PHOTO FROM YOUR HANDPHONE OR CAMERA. BE CONSIDERATE AND NOT TO TEAR IT OUT FROM THE LIBRARY BOOKS!!!!
Was ultimately angry =_= so please pardon me for the caps..... Anyway, I gave this cat to one of my agents, luckily she like it too ^-^

Beaded Little Tiger or Tigger Look-A-Like?

Saw this little cutie hanging in the display cabinet of the handicraft shop and so I ask the shop owner to teach me how to do it~ lolx~ He took out a piece of paper and started to draw out the steps. I started working on it soon after I reach home. And to my surprise, the drawing stopped at the end of the body!! No instructions on legs & hands and the face!!! haha... tried to figure it out on my own for the legs.. but failed.. was too tired. So I brought along the beads to the shop and ask uncle to teach me on the spot.. haha.. After the legs and face, I managed to figure out the hands on my own.
I let my mum see, she say must add some whiskers then will look nicer. So, I added it~ true enough, it do look abit more cuter~ =D Will make one more to put on top of my monitor~ haha~ scare the dogs on my monitor away.. haha!!

Beaded Miniature Dogs Part 2

A gathering of dogs!! Haha, this is one of my customer's order - 15 miniature dogs. Got repeated design with different colors. There's Cocker Spaniel, Saint Bernerd, Poodle, Maltese, Bloodhound etc. Realize that unless I wanted the dog to be appeared as having dyed fur, I can only choose to use Brown, White, Black, or Orange as the body color, not much choice. Maybe next time I will try colorful ones.. lol.. all went salon for makeover! keke~ Love it! Especially Maltese, Cocker Spaniel & Poodle, ultimately cute~~~~

Beaded Miniature Dogs

Did this on Sunday night, I think it's ultimately small & cute!! Haha~!~! My sister actually borrow beadings books from library and let me browse through to see if there's nice design~ I immediately fell in love in these doggies!! My sister loves it too after I show her.. she even wanted to order from me. Keke~ Anyway, I made 4 doggies, and I sold the black one yesterday after I show it to one of my colleagues. I sold another one today. Great! *kiss the doggies* By the way, the triple As batteries are for comparison of size. Maybe I'll make one group of doggies and display it on top of my monitor.. haha~

So Called "Handicraft" I did over the weekend~

This is challenging... I'm totally clueless if there's no instruction to tell me which is the 1st to last piece. The instruction only show the individual pieces in sequence, not step by step instruction, so still have to roughly figure where the piece goes to. Interesting puzzle and very nice final product~ The key really can twist and turn to open the cover! Love it~! ^0^

Shiroi Koibito

Finally got my long waited Shiroi Koibito (白い恋人). Fell in love with it the first time I tasted it. Was very excited when I knew the Hokkaido Fair in Tampines will be selling it this year, but!!! It was all sold out early in the morning!!! ARRRGHHH, so I didn't manage to get any.. sad.. Luckily my friend's colleague went Japan, so managed to ask him/her to buy back for me. The packaging is nice one lor~ and the container as well. Not to say the cookie was super tasty~!! My whole family love it too!!! I'm not "fishmonger", I share it with people~~ So, I never regret buying it even though it was not cheap~ Haha~ Will still ask friend to help buy if they are going to Japan. Keke.

Beaded Cross Pendant

Made this pendant for one of my christian friends. I think this design is quite unique compared to the usual design which used same size of beads throughout. Glad that my friend like it. Should start to do something again... slack kinda long liaoz... haha...

Earrings

After I learn some basic skills from the lesson I took, I went to buy clay, paintbrush & acrylic paint, so I can practice on my own. when I open the clay packaging yesterday, I got a shock as the clay was blue in colour instead of white which I use during my basic course. Well, I just had to use it since I've bought it... So, I begin to mould out the shape of the food I wanted, then let it air dry. Come to painting part - The colours are so off...doesn't really tally with the colour that I had in mind!! *faint* one more time... What to do? No choice, still have to use it... who tell me to buy it because it's cheap.... =_= However, even though all these happened, I'm still happy with the outcome. =D Will try to make more things on my own ^-^

Clay Lollipop

I made this straight away after I reach home from my clay learning course. This is made using jumping clay which is different from what I learn from the course which is using paper clay. I realize jumping clay is more difficult to handle and sticks to each other easily, so beginners, don't try! I think I better stick to paper clay too. =D

Learning how to make clay miniature

Always love clay miniatures, and therefore, after considering, I decided to take a 1 day basic course to learn how to make miniatures. It was very fun and I might go for it one more time but learn different things. And I've made friend with the teacher! =D

Kueh Bangkit

This is my first time baking kueh bangkit. This is one of the hardest recipe I ever try.... can't get those melt in the mouth texture. The texture is more of a cookie... sad.. but luckily the taste is still there, so still got people eat. I won't give up, will sure try again to make it MELT IN THE MOUTH!

Oatmeal Cookies

Beaded Hello Kitty

Beaded Korean Dress

Had a hard time doing this... as I only got the chart without any picture of the final product as reference. Took me 2 weeks to complete this!!! Some of the parts.. I re-do alot of times as it doesn't seems right. However, still manage to complete it in the end, and it look nice~ =D

Beaded Groom Teddy Bear

The bride teddy bear finally found her Mr. Right~ Now they are happily married~! ^-^ Ever since I fell in love with beading, this is one of my toughest project, but the outcome really made me very happy~

Usually my beaded stuffs will tend to get smaller and smaller.. haha~ After I manage to make this 2mm teddy bear (the bigger one in the picture), I always wanted to use 1mm beads to make a even smaller one. But the thought that I might not be able to succeed it stop me from making one. However, I finally made a decision over the weekend to try on it, and I SUCCEED!~!~!~ YES YES~!~!~! So the big teddy bear got a small teddy bear to accompany it~ ^-^

Beaded Bride Teddy Bear

This bride is really not an easy task to do. From 3pm till around 9pm at the shop, I only managed to finish the body and around 3/4 of the dress. Went back home, took a rest and bath before continuing the dress and adding in the hands and veil. I only managed to complete the bride at around 2am in the morning... I added on the "diamonds" to the weil the following day to make it look more nicer. Though it was a tough job, but I was very happy when I've completed it! Think must find another day to do the groom, if not the bride will be very lonely.

Already find it very cute the first time I saw the beading chart of this. Finally had some time over the weekend after I finish all the card holder's order, so I made 1. And to my surprise, the final product look so cute as well! Haha~

Miura-Ken Rose Again

This is one tough origami rose. Finally succeeded after more than 10 failures... =_= However, this is one kind that look alot like the real rose, so I'm very happy when I've finally made it! =D

Beaded Mini Horse

Saw this horse in the display cabinet when I went to buy beads 2 weeks ago. Then I remembered that I actually have a beading book that show how to make this horse. So I tried to make one last week. Amazingly... there's counting error in the beads, counting error in the instruction table and it ends after I've completed the head, body & legs!! I flip the pages a few more times only to realize that the pages that shows how to make the tail etc... was really not inside!! zzzz... Luckily I got download the complete instruction into my PC from a forum last time. The book ended up into the rubbish bin over the weekend. Luckily it cost less than $10.

Lollipops!

Hoho, my consultant bought me this GIANT size lollipop which consist of normal lollipops inside. IT'S SOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!!!! I took out the edible ones and re-wrap the giant lollipop again for keeping~ Haha~ I love this Giant lollipop~~~~

Heart Shaped Box

Fell in love with this box when I first saw it in a forum and was surprise that this box (base & cover) only uses 1 piece of A4 size paper! I make the big one with A4 size paper and then started to make another box with half of A4 size paper and so on. The brown color is the smallest I can go at the moment. Wonder if I can make 1 that is even smaller than the brown one? LOLx, I'll try~

Kawasaki Rose

Always find it amazing when people use a piece of paper to fold a nice rose. The name of this origami rose is called Kawasaki Rose. It look sooooooo nice when there's a lot of it in a bottle, really look like real roses! So, I tried making one, it's not really an easy job making such small one especially when I have sweaty palm. But, I finally did it! Thanks to the "Never Give Up" wordings that appear in my mind!
