Hama Mini Gameboy

A mini Hama Gameboy. The cartridge can be taken out!! No glue nor sewing needed, just place onto each other like jigsaw puzzle. Guess this project will be slightly easier if I am to use midi beads. But I love to make things in smaller scale as they look so MUCH cuter!! Guess I'm just challenging my own limits. I tried making another blue color mini Gameboy but failed, so sad T_T Some of the individual piece broke into 2 before I could connect it to other piece. Guess must really control the ironing very well in order for individual pieces to be connected together.

Hama Schnauzer

The original design was supposed to be in black & white checked box but I change the colour to be like my key chain. Think it turn out quite nice but!!!! Until my sister told me then I realize I forgotten to modify the design to have longer ears like my key chain. =( Well, never mind, I can always make another one again =D I believe the next one will definitely be better.

Hama Kitty Cat Final

This is the final product, it has Swarovski crystals on the ribbon. But sad to say, no matter what glue I used, some of the crystals keep falling off. I tried Uhu glue & E6000, but same things happened... I'll be grateful if there's someone who can advise me on this issue.

Hama Kitty Cat

I guess the girls will like these. Did 2 versions using different size of beads. The one using mini Hama beads was an order from my friend to his girlfriend, it's not the final product yet. The one using midi Hama beads is on my office desk partition now.

Hama Flowers to cover up holes on bag

What will you do if there's holes on your bag? There's supposed to be 3 buttons on top of the holes but I don't know when & where I lose them. At first I thought of just sewing the holes up but then if I just sew up the holes, it will look ugly. So I thought why don't I sew Hama beads on it? And there it is, I seriously think I made a great choice!

Hama Pug & TKDK Cactus

Make the pug & TKDK cactus for my brother & his girlfriend. They have a pug named Kimchi, so I made the pug for my brother's GF. My bro is a TKDK lover, same like me!! He like the cactus most, so I made one for him. Hee~ I'm not the creator of these designs, found them online and just make accordingly to the picture.

Beaded Dress 03

My last piece of dress before I'm hooked to Hama beads. This is a modern "Cheong Sum", another time killing work. Let's see if I have time to make another dress soon. =D Will definitely update it onto my Blog when done. Now kinda busy in making Christmas presents.

Hama Transformer

I guess the guys will love this alot. I used mini Hama beads to make this, so it came out in small size, I think if it is made with maxi Hama beads, it will look nice too! Can stick it to the wall, no need to buy sticker liao. Keke.

Hama Beads Giraffe

Picked up a new hobby which is Hama beads. This is one of the masterpiece I completed over the weekend. My iron is not in good working condition so after I finish this, the iron is not really giving out heat.. Thought of making more cute things =( But I think this is really cute & easy to make! Love it~

Knotted Paracord

I made this watching "Tying It All Together (TIAT)" tutorial from youtube. I think the bracelet they made are all very nice, so I bought paracord from an online website. I tried this yesterday, but I guess the thickness of the paracord is wrong, this bracelet ended up too thick. But I still think the end product is nice! I wanna make more~ who can tell me where I can buy paracord in Singapore?

Beaded Dress 01

Seriously, I ever told myself that I won't bead anymore dress after I finish the beaded Korean costume. But then again, I went to the library, saw this book on beaded dress, I surrendered... The mini dress are simply too cute to resist myself from making. So I went to buy the stand and beads and start making them. This is the first one, and I surprised myself by getting 3 more stands! ZZZ, think I will be torturing myself by making more of those dresses. However, I'm happy that I managed to complete in making the first one and I know it will not be the last.

2012 Xmas Pressies

Last year Xmas presents. Started in around October and finish only on somewhere around 20th December. Reason being that I keep adding in names.. haha.. Am still glad that people appreciate my gifts to them. I know it doesn't cost much, but I hope they know that I put in my heart to make all these. =D

Origami Lover Cranes Part 2!

Tada~!~!~! It really look so much nicer with 2 different colors! This time really look like love birds! Hee~ =D For those who love to make crane should really try this! This is so sweet~~~

4 United Cranes

This is even more challenging than the lover cranes. As the folding goes on, the attaching wings nearly broke off! I think I will have to use thicker paper or bigger piece of paper next time in order to make this looks better.

Origami Lover Cranes

I think this is nice, maybe I should try using paper with different colors on both sides. My friend thought this is a crane with 2 heads =_= when it is suppose to be lover cranes!

Painting By Numbers 25 X 25 in size

Took me quite awhile to finish this piece of "Painting By Numbers". As I had back sprain and I couldn't really sit down for long for quite sometime. After my back sprain got better, I started to prepare my DIY Xmas gifts for family, friends & colleagues. So I only completed this last Sunday. I'm quite happy with the end result and I will start another new painting maybe after Xmas! =D

Aluminium Can Rose

First time trying, not a good job. Seriously it's not an easy job to fold rose using aluminium can. Personally I think the rose is not very smooth yet, my friend says practise makes perfect, I hope so too. Wahaha... At first I thought my fingers will get cuts easily but too my surprise, it does not. Will try to make a better one in the near future =D

Miniatures in a frame

My first time trying this kind of minature. You have to make everything from scratch, like the books, the sofa etc... I must admit, the workmanship of mine are only so-so, it could be better. It's not an easy job though, as the instructions are too simplified.. it names the material A1-A6 etc on the paper but not on the material itself, so I have to keep referring to the picture in order to ensure that I got the correct material on hand! But it's fun! Strictly not recommended for impatient individuals. Great gift for people who love miniatures & handicrafts. =D If I got the chance and extra cash to spare, I would love to try a bigger one with more things!

Yummy Pastries!

Pastries made out from paper. I bought it from Daiso thinking that it will not be a difficult thing to make but the instructions are in Japanese. Had some problem searching on which piece of paper is for which instructions. Tried to figure out certain things on my own. But I must say.. due to the nice printings on the paper, the pastries really came out looking good =D

RelaxedLokLok Characters

Original characters from http://www.facebook.com/relaxedloklok Read the comics and fell in love with these 5 main characters. So I seek approval from the comic artist to convert them into cross stitch. Took me quite some time to draw them nicely to look like the original ones. And here they are, I'm quite satisfied with it though I think there's room for improvements. =D

8 Petals Flower

This one kinda challenging, and instruction was not that clear. I didn't manage to do it on the first try. But I did it on my 2nd try. I think I can do it better on he 3rd try~ =D will make one more soon~

Origami Pika PikaI

I think this Pika is quite cute and quite easy to make. If you know how to make an origami ball, you will have no problem folding this!

Mini Couple!

Really mini size.. but it's very cute!! However, it's not that easy to figure out how to make even though the instruction is in front of me.. reason being that the instruction is not very clear. =_= Wanted to give up a few times while making... Anyway, now I manage to figure out, I will make 1 more pair, and I think this time round it will be better =D

Melody Cushion

After I made the Pom Pom Purin Cushion, I found a few other designs of cushion! This is the Melody design, the original design is only 1-sided but I made it both sides. Lol..I think it looks better on both sides, just a bit troublesome when making it.

Angry Birds & Enemy Cross Stitch Chart

A few has asked me for the Angry Birds Cross Stitch Chart. I draw this but I'm not the one that design it. I took this picture with my handphone as my scanner was down, so it might be a bit unclear... The DMC colours used was based on what I think match the game colours, you may change it to something else that looks better. Hope it helps =D

DMC needed: 3801, 645, 742 & 310
DMC needed: 310, 3801, 742 & 519
DMC needed: 310, 743, 472, 3776 & 703
DMC needed: 310, 666 & 744
DMC needed: 310, 742 & 725
DMC needed: 310, 742, 3853 & 444

Pom Pom Purin Cushion Version 2

This time I use round beads and gosh.. it look so many times better than using bicone beads. I placed an iTouch behind so my friend can gauge how big the cushion is. Tried using 2mm beads to make.. but failed.. =_= Will find time to try again.

Painting By Numbers 15X20

Finally completed this after using 4 days (in 2 weeks time). Those small areas and thin outlines are killers but luckily acrylic paints dry easily and can be overwrite easily too. My elder sister say I have more patience whereas the kids does not. I guess I've trained my patience by doing beadings & cross-stitching.. I still have 1 25X25 & and 1 30X40 painting by numbers with me. I will be making my beading products first before I get back to painting. =D

Pom Pom Purin Cushion

This should look better by using round beads but due to shortage of colours, I have to use bicone beads. It's just a sample anyway, may need to do some changes to cater to my friend's needs. My personal opinion, I still think it look nice. =D Time to go Dragonwell shop to do some shopping.

Painting By Numbers 15X20 in size

2nd try on a bigger piece of painting. This design has more smaller areas to test your skill of tidiness and patience!! When the colour has been slowly filled up, you can feel a sense of happiness and achievement on it! Think I can complete it by Sunday, will update again.

Painting By Numbers 10X15 in size

Got to know this "Painting By Numbers" from a friend. The set consists of a canvas (with picture drawn on it, printed with numbers), containers of paint and a brush (or more depending on the size of the painting). All you have to do is to colour matching the number printed on the canvas and the number labelled on the container. This is my first try, I must say it's quite fun. And the outcome is nice. look professional too. =D

Net Oranges

Time Consuming Xmas Present Part 2

This is more time consuming than Part 1. The big cardholder took me about a day to complete one, smaller one can be done like within 1 hour provided that the vinyl weave has already been cut into required sizes. Cross stitching presents are actually cheap but the workmanship can cost a lot as not all have the patience to complete it. Half of it shown here was for my siblings and their S.O. Hope they are happy with their presents too. And of course, the kids got 1 of their favorite angry bird each. Glad even the young ones appreciate my hard work.

Time Consuming Xmas Present Part 1

Started late on preparing Xmas gift this year due to renovation and I cannot find my materials!! But nevertheless, I still managed to complete these gifts for colleagues. I hope all are happy with the present though it's not any expensive stuffs. ^-^

Beaded Teddy Bear Instructions

Disclaimer: I'm not the author of whatever instructions that I will be posting here. I just want to share some great beading instructions to beading fans out there. A lot of people has been asking me for this bear instruction, so I think I should share.

Anpanman aka 面包超人

A Japanese cartoon character. Seriously, the time when I really get to know this character is when one of my friends ask me to make this for his daughter! Gosh... Think I'm old already. So I went to search around for Anpanman's picture online, and I made this. Glad that his daughter love it ^-^ When people receive my product with happiness, it makes me even more happier! I also search around in Youtube for the cartoon and I agree with my friend that the cartoon is cute.

Angry Birds Family & Enemy

Yes!!! Finally got a set of Angry Birds and of course their enemy! Haha! All the angry birds are of similar sizes as it will be given to my niece, nephews as gift. If they are of different sizes, I think the kids will quarrel, lol. It's about 4cm to 6cm big, not very small but good enough to hang on bag. Takes me about half a day to complete 1 piece, I'm not a fast stitch-er, so it's patience and passion that made me complete every single piece. ^-^

Angry Birds with my toy "DanDan"

That brown colour toy is a Danboard, I call it DanDan, it is my model too~ for my handicraft products. I manage to make 1 yellow angry bird~! After I finish the yellow one then I realize that the red Angry Bird is so much bigger when it came from the same cross stitch series. Gosh, I'm still not so powerful to draft out my own cross stitch chart, but still I think it's cute. =x

Angry Birds

This is the first Angry Birds I made. Nowadays kids are being brainwashed by angry birds, any kids with ipad or iphone in the family will know this bird. They can even tell you which colour of Angry Birds they like. So, I try to find the chart and make for them as part of their Christmas gift. Had to start early as I need to make 2 Yellow, 1 Red & 1 Black Angry Birds and 7 other handmade stuffs for family. Hope can finish on time with the fact that my house is renovating and everything is in a mess... =_=
