Beaded God of Fortune

Yes yes, I said I will not be making anymore of this, but when I seriously do not have any idea of what to give my boss as a birthday present, only this comes to my mind. If I buy something from outside, my boss will say no need lah and things that he likes are too expensive for me to buy. So I made this, he rejected at first, I told him this is handmade and is a God of Fortune leh, you sure you wanna reject? Heng ar, he accept it for the first time in my 7 years working with him. I bought him cake as well, different flavors of cakes in slices to let him choose and eat 1. If I buy a big cake, most likely will kanna reject as well. I guess he think it doesn't sound nice to let the admin spend on his birthday.

Beaded Totoro

I was actually in a dilemma whether to categorize this as cross stitch of beadings, but since beads cover 95% of the project, I guess it should be under beadings. I think this look so much more nicer than normal cross stitch, but definitely have to do a QC on the beads, too big or too small will not look nice. Making a beaded one is time consuming than cross stitching as you will have to include beads in every stitch. So, you must have patience if you are thinking of making one. Do not worry about losing few beads, DIY also come with more than enough beads, I even threw away beads that are either too small or too long which will make the stitching look weird. =D

My last piece of dress before I'm hooked to Hama beads. This is a modern "Cheong Sum", another time killing work. Let's see if I have time to make another dress soon. =D Will definitely update it onto my Blog when done. Now kinda busy in making Christmas presents.

Beaded Dress 01

Seriously, I ever told myself that I won't bead anymore dress after I finish the beaded Korean costume. But then again, I went to the library, saw this book on beaded dress, I surrendered... The mini dress are simply too cute to resist myself from making. So I went to buy the stand and beads and start making them. This is the first one, and I surprised myself by getting 3 more stands! ZZZ, think I will be torturing myself by making more of those dresses. However, I'm happy that I managed to complete in making the first one and I know it will not be the last.

Mini Couple!

Really mini size.. but it's very cute!! However, it's not that easy to figure out how to make even though the instruction is in front of me.. reason being that the instruction is not very clear. =_= Wanted to give up a few times while making... Anyway, now I manage to figure out, I will make 1 more pair, and I think this time round it will be better =D

Melody Cushion

After I made the Pom Pom Purin Cushion, I found a few other designs of cushion! This is the Melody design, the original design is only 1-sided but I made it both sides. Lol..I think it looks better on both sides, just a bit troublesome when making it.

Pom Pom Purin Cushion Version 2

This time I use round beads and gosh.. it look so many times better than using bicone beads. I placed an iTouch behind so my friend can gauge how big the cushion is. Tried using 2mm beads to make.. but failed.. =_= Will find time to try again.

This should look better by using round beads but due to shortage of colours, I have to use bicone beads. It's just a sample anyway, may need to do some changes to cater to my friend's needs. My personal opinion, I still think it look nice. =D Time to go Dragonwell shop to do some shopping.

Twisted Bracelet

Love this design and so I tried making one. The colour combination turns out so sweet!!! Oh Gosh! Cannot imagine it~ haha.. Like wearing candy around my wrist like that. Fits most average size wrist. Nice design I must say =D

Beaded Eeyore

This Eeyore is a killer~! Took me half of the day to complete it not counting the time when I did 1/4 and gave up cause it's complicated! I re-beaded a lot of times! I think the 2nd time will be better, also will use a lighter colour for the nose & stomach. Did a Tigger-lookalike, now Eeyore.. so must find a cute Winnie the Pooh. I did Piglet before, but I lost the photo, will find time to do again. =D Next time will take photo of the whole "family". Hee hee~

MyPaper

YES!!! This is the second time my masterpiece was published in MyPaper. I uploaded my masterpiece on http://showtime.omy.sg/ under "MyPassion" column and the editor picked mine to be published! That's it~ it's free and I don't even know it was published until my friend told me about it. Will there be a third time? =D

Flower Pendant

This can be a pendant or earring. I did the grey one first as a birthday gift for my friend. Did the black one a week later for fun, then realize the black one actually look better because of the contrast. Should have made a black one for my friend too =( But already given to her.. cannot take back. Hope she like it =D

Heart Within a Heart

I start beading at around 9pm, finish at around 12am!! This design was suppose to be a brooch, but I modified it to be a necklace. The one I saw in the shop was made with crystal, ultimately nice & blink blink! However, it will be too ex if I were to make it in crystal, so this is acrylic beads, but I think it's just as nice. =D

The Year of Rabbit

This is an order of 10 Pineappls & 10 Rabbits for sale during the CNY festive season~ I love this arrangement~ I think it's cute~ haha~ Look like some nice dishes on a plate.. keke

Enhanced version of Marie Cat

Did this the same day I finish beading the mouse. This cat is a killer!!! Took me few hours just to complete beading the head!!! Nearly gave up, cause it's too tedious and complicated! But I still managed to finish this after alot of struggling. My friend think that the simpler version look nicer.. what do you think?
